I'm following the installation instructions and have got as far as "Creating A Daisy Wiki Site". When I run daisy-wiki-add-site, it gets as far as "Creating sample document. (default)" and then fails with this java error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: org.outerj.daisy.repository.schema.DocumentTypeNotFoundException: The DocumentType named "SimpleDocument" does not exist 
at org.outerj.daisy.repository.commonimpl.CommonRepository.createDocument(CommonRepository.java:132)
etc etc.
