[daisy] Cocoondev site down

Hi,

while invoking http://cocoondev.org/, I'm getting

cause
Could not find component (key [daisy-repository-manager])

I saw that recently on the daisy demo site twice, too. I haven't
investigating the real reason, though, only fixed it by restarting the
repository.
