[daisy] Render sitemap on page

Is it possible to include navigation tree into the page?

 

The idea is that I will have collapsed and dynamically expanded navigation
tree on the left side of screen and a fully expanded navigation tree built
into a start page. Including navigation document didn't help - it rendered
as reference to xml file instead of actual navigation tree
