Windows installer fails if no MySQL server service is installed locally

Inside the repository wrapper configuration file "daisy-repository-server-service-global.conf" a dependency on MySQL is defined. In a scenario where daisy is installed on a machine that connects to a MySQL-server located on a separate machine (acting as dedicated database server) this dependency causes the startup of the repository server to fail.

Solution:
In the scenario described above, the windows installer has to modify the configuration file prior to starting up the repository.
