These images are the cause of a failure of printing Daisy-book PDF, where they are rendered incorrectly. Affected images:

Observation: in Daisy-book 1.4 the second image isn't the cause of an error in PDF. (The first one isn't included.)

New Daisy-books 1.5, 2.0, 2.1 should be published afterwards.
