[daisy] 2.0 vs 2.1, different behaviour in PDF image embedding

Just wondering, was this also already the case in 2.0 ?

Digging around a bit , I found a post confirming that the behaviour changed
in 0.93, see [1]

I have found a few possible workarounds also, any chance you could point me
to the daisy stylesheets and sitemaps that generate the XML that is fed in
to the FOP processor ?
