[daisy] 2.0 vs 2.1, different behaviour in PDF image embedding

This is not strange, the books are produced with another XSLFO
processor.

It is almost certainly related to that.

There might be a workaround, maybe you can search the fop resources or
ask over there.

You could also set the print-size of the image explicitely, via the
image settings dialog in the editor.
