[daisy] 2.1 migration feedback

daisy-service-install is created via the genscript plugin, so you have
to change the template plugin.jelly in order to make that work. The
attached file solaris_service.diff contains these changes.

These instructions were outdated, indeed. This has been fixed meanwhile.

Please note that after applying the attached diff, the wrapper scripts
should run out of the box even on Solaris platforms. Any
feedback/approval on/for that is welcome.
