[daisy] pdf generation

Hi,

I just noticed that the 'Live Sites' page on the wiki generates a pdf in
which images are overlapping the text. Just try it yourself:

Besides this, our own daisy installation (2.0.1) has pdf problems as
well. We have a page containing lots of links. These links end up in the
footer and are overlapping the page text. I've looked for a page on
cocoondev which has the same problem, but haven't yet found one which
contains enough text and links to show this behaviour.

Our users report that the document did render fine in a previous version
of daisy, but I can't verify this right now. Could it be that there was
a change in the xsl:fo generation? (possibly an upgrade of fop?)
