[daisy] Scalability of Daisy

Does anyone know if there are any scalability issues with Daisy, 
(excluding, of course, disk space, hardware, etc.) Is there any limit to 
the amount of documents that can be handled, without compromising 
performance in a significant way?

We are planning a large-scale implementation with Daisy, and just want to 
check before we get started if there are any limits to what we could do.
