[daisy] Embedding extensions in Daisy page - help wanted on error

Hi,

In the past I've successfully created extensions for Daisy 1.5.1 that I 
included in a page using

include cocoon://daisy/ext/myextension

Now I want to include extensions in Daisy 2.0.1 but it fails with the 
error 'Inclusion of this URL is not allowed'.

The extension I'm trying to include is the standard guestbook example 
which runs fine from the navigation menu.

What am I doing wrong here?

Note: I've already tried all kinds of combinations with and without the 
sitename and varying the number of slashes.
