[daisy] Contextualized Navigation Problem

I don't know if you would consider this a bug but I have run into a
problem with the contextualized navigation tree. As a background for
those that are not familiar, setting the contextualizedTree tag to true
in the siteconf.xml file for a site, will keep the left navigation menu
collapsed except for the path that leads to the current document.

The problem I have run into is that I have a navigation tree where one
navigation group only has links to other sites. If I set the
contextualized tree to false then the tree is displayed completely
expanded and I can go to the links. If I set it to true the tree is
collapsed the first time it is rendered. If I try to expand the group
that only has links then I get an error "path not found: g2". This is
because there is no document to display under the group - only
hyperlinks. This happens because when the tree is set to contextualized
and you expand a tree then it automatically selects the first document
under the tree and displays the document when the tree is expanded.
Since the group I am expanding only has hyperlinks then there is no
daisy document to display. To work around this problem I put a dummy
document in the group and it works. When the group is expanded then
this dummy document is displayed and all of the links under the group
are available.

I am just bringing this up to see if there are any better ideas of how
to handle this.

Thanks.
