AW: [daisy] How to make external links open in a new window?

I had the same problem with Link-target and Link-Styling so I patched this
this in HTML-Area. 

\daisy-2.0\daisywiki\webapp\daisy\resources\cocoon\forms\htmlarea\plugins\DaisyLinkUtils\daisy-link-utils.js

\daisy-2.0\daisywiki\webapp\daisy\resources\cocoon\forms\htmlarea\plugins\DaisyLinkUtils\popups\link.xml

Here I hard coded the target and class selection as a js-Array in link.xml.
But this is not the good way, becorse you have to do this on every Update.
I'm not so familiar with Ajax, but the the best way would be to load this with ajax like the table styles are done from a xml-file in skinning.

If you, ore anybody have a better solution, let me know.
