[daisy] language variants

"loads for hours": this is probably an endless redirect? Firefox warns
in those cases, maybe you're using IE?

One case where endless redirects can occur is if the navigation tree
contains sibling nodes with the same ID (see
http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-499)
