Changes and fixes in that new version:

* adapted structure of the windows-installer to new structure of the wrapper scripts
* Updated bundled MySQL, JAI and JRE versions
* fix: classpath no longer hardcoded in repository config file any more
* fix: corrected DB-port usage in URLs
* various fixed and amendments in the translation files
* do not use Daisy Version in Installation folder name, this way upgrade is much easier
* use C:\Daisy instead of $PROGRAM_FILES as default installation folder, avoiding issues with IBEX and with installation under Vista
* calling setup scripts directly via NsExec rather than from a batch file, this way error reporting could made more concise
* no need to define various environment variables any more since they are now defined in the wrapper configuration

The following two files should be removed from SVN, since they are not used any more:

daisy/distro/windows-installer/batch/dosbox-wrapper-scripts.bat
daisy/distro/core/resources/wrapper/bin/daisy-startup.bat
