[daisy] edit links for included docs not showing up in IE

Hi,
I noticed in the 2.0(.x) to 2.1 changes doc that the problem reported
below is fixed. (http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_1/13-cd/410-cd.html)

Is there a possibility of documenting the fix or a workaround here so
that I could get it to work in 1.5(.x)?  I tried to find the solution
through Jira, but couldn't find an issue that matched the problem
description.
