[daisy] Upgrading from 1.5 to 2.0.1

Hi,

I've recently upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0.1. When I try to access my site I
get the following error:

Error
  Attribute "ns" bound to namespace "http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/" was
  already specified for element "ns:aclResult".

Cocoon Stack Trace
  Message: Sitemap: error calling function
  'org.outerj.daisy.frontend.DocumentApple'
  context://daisy/sitemap.xmap - 959:71   <map:call>

I can access the home page, administration functions, books I have
previously created. It's only when I try to access site that this error
happens. Any ideas would be welcome.
