[daisy] windows to linux daisy-backup-tool

Hi,

With dasiy 2.0.1 if I run the backup tool on windows
and try to restore in on linux it gets the directoy
names wrong, it does a backslash instead of forward slash like.
It creates directories and files like this.
  5e\31\82\80
  5e\31\82\80\220e741e567822853248513e6f7b1b75

and a directory like:
  daisyRepoData\blobstore
  
I was able to zip the repository directory manually on windows and do my
own sql dumps, but I would prefer to use the backup tool,

any ideas?
