[daisy] wrapper in 2.0.1 other platforms

Hi,

This is about daisy 2.0.1

I am running daisy on 64bit linux.  On this page of the documentation:
  http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_0/admin/service/193-cd.html

I found:
"in the directory $DAISY_HOME\wrapper\bin of your daisy installation you 
will find the wrapper binaries for several operating systems."

I only found one.  Maybe these were left out?

I did use the wrapper with daisy 1.5 and I used this
version: wrapper-linux-x86-64-3.2.3.  I guess I could copy the wrapper executable
from here but It may need to be the same version as the libwrapper.so

I may just set up the wrapper the way I did in daisy1.5 by downloading
my own copy of the wrapper.
