Make the ownerId identifier accessible in ACL expressions. Specifically, this will allow rules that give full read/right and publish rights to the owner of a document while restricting read/write access to everyone else. The read/write would be available because the ACL rules are not checked for the owner while the publisher rights can be "reinstated" after other users are restricted.
