[daisy] Modification of attachments

Currently the way to modify an attached file is to download it, change
it and upload it again. We have cases where attached files change
frequently, so this procedure becomes time consuming. Furthermore the
attachment is not locked, so different people can upload the same
attachment with different modifications. Is there a way to implement
check-out and check-in of attached documents, obviously with version
management and locking? If not, that would surely be a nice feature for
a next version.
