surely something that shouldn't happen: somehow your session got lost
while the editor was open. (which is odd)

Anyways: no need to dispair though. I'ld advise to just enter your
application at google's on time with a basic application text, and refer
to the wiki page where you (for now) cut and paste what you had
before/or whatever you entered in your previous email

if I remember correctly from last year the deadline works like this:
- you will not have the opportunity to enter a new application/project
after Google's deadline,
- but you can surely still finetune the wiki-page and discuss on the
list with the mentors while they vote for (and thus decide) which
applications get accepted...
