hi
i'm a belgian civil engineer - computer science student in Leuven and i'd
like to apply to the google summer of code for DaisyCMS. I'm very interested
in 2 different projects:
- HTML diff: this project appeals to me because i can be original and
innovative. i like to do "literature studies" and come up with the best
solution for such problems.
- Audit log: this project would require me to fully integrate my code into
the DaisyCMS tree which is an extra challenge. i don't have much experience
with DaisyCMS per se, but the technologies used are very familiar to me. As
Mark Portier suggested, this project could be extended into a general view
log which could incorporate several statistics about page use.
if accepted, i would like to do the job in Ghent, if possible, and maybe
make it an official internship with my university.
now my question is:
which of these 2 projects would the 'community' want me to apply for? i
could make an application for both. are there any specifics you would like
me to include in the application?
many thanks
