[daisy] (User- Group- Role) Paradigm : Group missing ? ==> Pools alternative ?

Hi Daisy developpers,

Perhaps this was discussed somewhere, but I wonder why there is no 
"Group of users" concept in Daisy.

BTW, I see the "Pools" notion on workflows. Is it similar to Groups ?
Could it be made more accessible in all Daisy functionalities (like ACL)

Or perhaps, the "Collection" notion can be used to group documents 
accessible by certain users ?

Thanks for helps on choosing the right way to implement a group notion.
