ouch,
when you finish re-installing I'ld advise to run the backup tool on a
regular basis (i have a script calling it from logrotate daily, kinda
puts my mind to rest there, I can send it to you but don't have a clue
on how to do something similar on a windows box)

depends on how many data you had there... (asking you to make a rough
guess is only rudly cruel I'm afraid)
what the blobstore holds is this:
- all versions of all parts of all documents
(without help on guessing which of those are tied together, that and any
custom field data is in the mysql you're missing)
provided you succeed in retrieving all content back from you blobstore
(on linux a commands like 'file', 'find' and grep could at least help
you detemine which blobs are of which content-types: html, images,
specific xmls for navs or bookdefs)
you could try to add them one by one again, and would then need to
- provide the metadata to them from memory
- check all links between docs because all of them will have gotten new
document-ids so links, image-refs and document-includes will be bogus
sorry for not having better news,
