Applied wrapper_final.patch in SVN rev 3858.

I saw you have been updating the wrapper configurations in the documentation but I don't see the purpose of that: can't we just throw most of it away?

I'd rather like to see the following topics treated:

 - background/concept: what is it about (like the current first paragraph)
 - how to start/stop daisy using the wrapper
     + for windows: how to install/uninstall the services
 - implementation background notes:
       - why the .conf + executable files are in the datadirs, where to change paths in case of relocation Daisy
       - what if you want to run the wrapper on other platforms than Linux or Windows
