More robust handling of lost connection between wiki and repository server
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: DSY-425
         URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-425
     Project: Daisy
        Type: Feature Wish
  Components: Repository, Frontend (wiki)
 Reporter: Min Idzelis
    Priority: Minor

Often times we need to restart the repository because we tweaked a setting. The problem is that the wiki doesn't handle this very well.

1) If a user is currently creating a new document or editing an existing document and the repository server is restarted, no data is lost.

2) If the server is down when the user presses the "save" button, there is an error page displayed in the wiki. Pressing back to go to the previous page loses all the changes made in the editor causing data loss.

Would be nice if the wiki server would save a copy of the changes locally. The wiki should inform the user that the changes were saved locally, and he can try submitting them again when the server comes back.
