Gracefull restart of wiki and repository
----------------------------------------
Key: DSY-424
URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-424
Project: Daisy
Type: Feature Wish
Components: Repository, Frontend (wiki)
Reporter: Min Idzelis
Priority: Minor
Would be nice to be able to gracefully restart the daisy wiki web application without causing data loss. On a busy site, many people may be using it at any given time. There's no way to really know who's using it - but what I try to do is check to see if there are any documents that are currently locked. This doesn't give you enough though - since people that are creating brand new documents do not show up in that list. If I restart daisy when the user is creating a new document, that document's data is lost.
It would be great to put daisy wiki into a "shutdown" mode. That is, it will allow all active users to finish up what they're doing... but won't let any new users create a new document or edit an existing one.
After all the conditions are met, the wiki can be recycled.
