* I've committed the removal of the files from the windows-installer. To avoid conflicts, I'll await your patch for the other items.

* I did use the wrapper binaries from the attachment, however they might not have been the versions you intended, as the content of that file contains both files in core and windows-installer:

./core/resources
./core/resources/wrapper
./core/resources/wrapper/libwrapper.so
./core/resources/wrapper/wrapper
./windows-installer
./windows-installer/wrapper
./windows-installer/wrapper/bin
./windows-installer/wrapper/bin/wrapper.exe
./windows-installer/wrapper/lib
./windows-installer/wrapper/lib/wrapper.dll
./windows-installer/wrapper/lib/wrapper.jar

Maybe best attach a new zip with the files at the correct locations, or if uploading would go too slow for you, you can also point me to the version I should download.
