Daisy has this built in (ehr, since version 1.0 IIRC),
at least if I understand your request correctly:

You'ld want to let people edit their own PersonalWeekReport and then
aggregate all of those into a TeamWeekReport (showing the different
personal sections on one page) right?

A combination of custom document-types and a page with a query-include
will get you a long way, I'ld recommend reading up on these:
