Andreas Deininger updated DSY-405:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: wrapper.diff

Next take on that issue:
* invoking scripts are now placed inside a bin directory of the daisy data directory and the daisywiki data directory so that these settings will survive an update
* wrapper directory was moved from windows installer to core installer since it is now used in all cases
* did some refactoring of the installation routines:
-merged daisy wiki initialisation and daisy wikidata initialisation
-at the end of the daisy wiki initialisation, one will be asked whether one or more sites should be installed

Note: please use the binaries provided with the previous patch

> The following patch integrates the tanuki wrapper scripts in the Daisy binary build.
> During build time, a self contained wrapper installation is created inside the daisy binaries, these scripts are automatically configured during the repository and daisy wiki initialisation (no manual configuration is needed afterwards).
> This patch also upgrades the tanuki wrapper inside the windows installer to the latest release.
> This patch is the linux part only though it already contains a some files needed for the windows variant. I will finalize the windows part once this patch is committed.
