[daisy] Can I define part/field without the function of "new" and "edit"?

Hi, all

I defined a document type which contains several custom parts.
For example, the document contains APart, BPart, CPart, aPart, bPart, cPart
and several Fields.
APart, BPart and CPart are Daisy HTML type, so each of them will be edit in
a independent HTML Editor.
I will set data into database directly to "create" the instance of aPart,
bPart, cPart and other fields. I don't want others to create or edit these
parts and fields.
What shall I do to realize this?
