[daisy] Cocoon snapshot for Daisy 2.0

Hi,

I've made a Cocoon 2.1.x-branch export available, which I'll use from
now on for the 2.0 release, unless something would be broken in it:

http://cocoondev.org/repository/cocoon/resources/cocoon-2_1_x-20070307.tar.gz

(Cocoon makes use of SVN exports, which makes it impossible to simply
rely on a revision number)
