[daisy] [heads-up] i18n update request

Hi,

It's time to bring the i18n resource bundles in shape for release.

For new or previously unmaintained translations, you can look at
http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_0/daisywiki/general/106.html

For translations which have been kept up to date, below is the list of
changes and new files. These are the changes between SVN revision 2971
and 3797.

If the below lists are incomplete, please let me know so that I can
update the list.

If more assistance is needed, don't hesitate to ask.
