[daisy] Daisy 2.0.1. skin question - how to add a background image to the skin or to any page?

Dear Daisy enthusiasts,



Daisy installed: 2.0.1.



I've been working on a site skin, specifically for an internet website.



How do I set a background image in the skin? Or to any page, if it's
possible to add them to a specific page?



Also I'm looking for a way to get rid op the top navigation bar (the
horizontal one) when you're not logged in and just add a print button at the
right of the screen (that goes towards the link normally under
actions->pdf)).



Help much appreciated.
