Currently the facet-browser will automatically execute a query with [select]-part that is holding
* name
* all specified facet-expressions

It would be nice to allow specifying additional select-expressions to be added as well.
Currently one needs to specify these as additional facets, and then suppress the facet styling on those.
(This wastes the )

Note that additionally it will become useful to be able to distinguish in xslt between those columns in the searchresult  that were inserted as facets, or rather as additional select-expressions.
