[daisy] Upgrade from 1.3

Thanks very much for the info about the problem with long documents with 
tables in Daisy 1.3. 

We have plans to upgrade from 1.3. to 2.0. 

I know that many of the components must be upgraded, and that we must go 
from 1.3 to another higher version before going to 2.0 (if I'm not 
mistaken). 

However, the question about the upgrade I want to ask is whether it is 
easy to migrate the existing documents that we have in 1.3, that is, will 
things need to be re-tagged with metadata tags, or do all the documents 
and navigation docs come up pretty seamlessly? 

Any advice on that would be greatly appreciated, as we are planning to 
upgrade soon.
