An Extension that automatically publishes a book. Useful when you want to trigger book publication from a build system, for example.

It can be triggered by doing a HTTP Request to: ext/autopublish/DOCID/branch/language
DOCID should be the ID of a book definiton document.

The extension works, but might still need some improvements.
