[daisy] Problem with long documents with tables in v1.3

Hi,

I am using daisy 1.5, I have a document with tables that is about 25
pages long and I have no problem.

Also, a thing I notice is that you should consider query_include for
long documents (ex : 1 query_include per section).
The pros are :
 * no lock on the whole document
 * many people can upgrade different parts simultaneously
 * diffs are better
The cons :
 * sometimes it seems difficult for newbies users
 * ?
