[daisy] PDF generation in Wiki: trying FOP 0.93

Hi,

The PDF production in the Wiki now makes use of FOP 0.93, the new stable
fop release. This new FOP release is mostly rewritten compared to the
version we were using before.

It should be an improvement in various ways, e.g. footnotes do not run
through the body text anymore, keep-with-next is working, images stored
in the Daisy repository can now be loaded internally instead of via
HTTP.

I have not much experience with this new version, if it would be worse
then before we can revert to the older version.
