The following patch applied, a working debian package for Ubuntu 6.10 and 7.04 can be build.
This package does not support upgrades, however.
This patch includes the patch from DSY-366.

The following files can be removed from SVN since they were superseded with more recent files from the core distribution:

daisy/distro/debian/resources/daisy-repository-server
daisy/distro/debian/resources/daisy-repository-server.conf
daisy/distro/debian/resources/daisy-wiki
daisy/distro/debian/resources/daisy-wiki.conf
