[daisy] block.xml file not found

Avalon Merlin (and therefore also the file blocks.xml) were replaced by "Daisy
Runtime" in the upcoming 2.1 release. For further information about
Daisy Runtime, please refer to
http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_1/373-cd/474-cd/467-cd.html
If you want to obtain blocks.xml, you have to check out the 2.0
version of daisy, not the trunk.
