Hi,
Your Diff algorithm looks great! I'm looking forward to introduce this
to our technical writers, it will be much more comfortable for them.

Two things that just came to my mind:

- What happens when an image is added, replaced or deleted? I think if
the image data is replaced, the HTML diff won't notice, but that's no
problem because the image document in the repository will be marked as
modified. But still it would be great if you could see if an Image was
deleted, added or replaced (=ID changed).

- Will it be visible if tag attributes are changed (e.g. table class or
paragraph align)?

Even if this is not the case, your algorithm will definitely be very
useful.
