I'm working on adding a feature for substitution of variables in documents.

Short summary: variables will be marked with <span class="variable">, the sets of variable values will be stored in documents in the repository, it will be configurable on a per-site level which set of variables should be used for substitution. Variables will also be supported in books.

Development is happening on BRANCH_VARIABLES.

This is the last work (besides fixes) for Daisy 2.1, should be done before end of next week = July 27, after that we can put out a 2.1-beta.
