[daisy] document ordering

Hey Patrick,

Well, in both the navigation tree and in any books that are created from
this navigation tree. I figured that the only way to do this properly is to
add the documents one by one in sequence to a navigation document. That way
i can reuse the navigation doc for creating a book and all will be ordered
exactly the same. The idea of the custom ordering field proved to
cumbersome, but i guess it would work as well.

Do you have other ideas perhaps how this can be achieved in Daisy ?

Thanks
Jorg
