[daisy] warning for SVN trunk users

Hi,

If you update to latest trunk, and are using the "development setup",
then you should know that this setup now also uses a repository data
directory.

This was done to make the initial setup easier, and to make the learning
curve smaller by removing this historical difference with the binary
dist.

Compiling the Daisy Wiki has also been made easier by adding a "maven
cocoon.download" target which automatically downloads a suited Cocoon
version.
