Indeed.  Thanx Scott for sharing your solution, I tried to apply this on 
the pdf book publicationtype but it didn't give the correct result.  I'm 
not very much of an xsl artist so i was stuck again.
But the patch Andreas posted on the jira works perfectly!  Thank you 
very much!
