backup tool: supress confirmation dialog while restoring an existing backup
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: DSY-509
URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-509
Project: Daisy
Type: Improvement
Reporter: Andreas Deininger
Priority: Minor
Attachments: QuietRestore.diff
While restoring an existing backup using the backup tool, a confirmation dialog will appear which needs manual intervention.
Restoring this backup will undo all changes made since ...
Do you wish to restore the backup? [yes|no, default: no]
This dialog needs manual confirmation in order to start the restore process. However there might be cases where you want invoke the restore process inside a batch file. In my case, I'm restoring the daisy demo site via cron job on a regular basis. Therefore, an additional switch "--quiet-restore" for the backup tool seems to be useful. The patch uploaded with that issue provides that feature. Were nice if it could be applied, might be useful for others, too.
