The backup tool now includes the service directory of the Daisy data dir. However, when restoring from an existing backup, the executable attributes of the files 'daisy-repository-server-service' and 'wrapper' inside the service directory are lost since these files are restored from a zip file. This problem is present on Linux systems only.
