[daisy] underlining text

Most likely, the tags are removed from the htmlcleaner while saving
the document.

If you would like to keep the underlined style, you could try to
customize the file
$DAISY_HOME/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/conf/htmlcleaner.xml
so that the underline tags are kept.
